Cancellation & Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in Sandha Business academy’s Cross Border Commerce Training Program. Before you proceed with the registration process, please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

Payment Terms:

  • The total training fee for the Cross Border Commerce Training Program is payable in Rupee only.
  • Payment can be made through Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking and UPI, and the registration process will be considered complete only upon receipt of the full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Trainees may apply for cancellation before the scheduled start date of the training program.

Refundable policy:

  • The training fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • In exceptional cases, a participant may request to reschedule their enrolment to a future training program, subject to availability and approval by Sandha Business Academy.

Transferability:

  • The training fee is transferable to another participant if the payee wants to do so. For this the payee needs to inform Sandha Business Academy prior to commencement of the training. Once training started it cannot be transferred.

Participant’s Responsibility:

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their availability and commitment to the training program. Failure to attend the scheduled sessions or complete the training does not exempt the participant from the non-refundable fee.

Technical Requirements:

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that their computer and internet connection meet the technical requirements for accessing the online training program.
  • Sandha Business Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.

Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the training program.
  • Any form of disruptive behaviour may result in the immediate termination of access without refund.

Cancellation & Refund Process:

  • To apply for cancellation and refund, trainees must submit a written request to “hello@sandhabizacademy.com “before the training start date.

Modification of Terms:

  • Sandha Business Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the training program implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimer:

  • Sandha Business Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or a full refund may be provided to the candidate.
